Pollman’s RETURN Policy
We want all of our customers to have a positive experience every time they visit us. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your item, please contact us within 24hrs to make us aware of the situation; we ask that you bring at least 50% of the item back, along with your receipt within 48hrs. We do not offer refunds, but we are more than happy to remake the item for you so you can enjoy the way it was supposed to be.
Our policy applies to standard menu items ONLY. Wedding cakes, custom order cakes, catering orders, or other special orders are not eligible. No refunds. No exceptions.
Pollman’s Custom Order Policy
In order for our decorators to prepare custom cake orders to Pollman’s standards and ensure 100% customer satisfaction, we require a minimum of 48 hrs notice for ALL custom cake designs. Cakes that require specialty icing, such as fondant, require 72 hrs notice.
For example: If the cake order is placed at 2pm on a Wednesday, the earliest availability for pick-up is Friday (2 days later) at 2pm.
A signature is required upon pick-up which indicates that the order has been fulfilled properly. Pollman’s Bakery is NOT responsible for cakes that become damaged after they have been signed for. We offer delivery to avoid mishaps. Cakes should never be loaded on an uneven surface like a car seat or placed in a position where there is a potential for the item to shift, slide or move. Cakes (and other specialty items) should be stored in a cool area - never in heat, to avoid melting.
Once all special orders are finalized and paid for, they cannot be canceled and are not eligible for refund. This includes wedding cakes, custom order cakes, catering orders, or any other specialty items. No Exceptions.
