What are your hours?

We are open Monday-Saturday from 7:30am - 7:00pm. Pollman’s is closed most major holidays, including Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.

How many days in advance do i need to place a custom order?

Each order is different, but overall it takes time to prepare custom orders. For specialty cakes or catering orders, we ask that you place these at least 72hrs in advance. Please call us directly or email orders@pollmansbakery.com.

Can i order online?

Absolutely! We have made it easy to place online orders for most of our menu items. However, some specialty cakes, including wedding cakes, require you to speak to a human, so you will need to give us a call or send us an email.

What is your policy if i have an issue with my order?

We want all of our customers to have a positive experience every time they visit us. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your item, please contact us within 24hrs to make us aware of the situation; we ask that you bring at least 50% of the item back, along with your receipt within 48hrs. We do not offer refunds, but we are more than happy to remake the item for you so you can enjoy the way it was supposed to be.

Our policy applies to standard menu items ONLY. Wedding cakes, custom order cakes, catering orders, or other special orders are not eligible.
